Robert Pattinson and Emma Roberts take over The Tonight Show!
Hey guys, thanks for coming back to ClevverTV, I’m Dana Ward and today we’re recapping the Jay Leno interviews with both Emma Roberts and Robert Pattinson. Of course, each star went on the late night talk show in order to promote their own projects, including Eclipse for RP and Scream-4 for ER, but the really interesting part of the night was their interaction with each other. When Jay asked Emma -under oath- if she’s Team Edward or Team Jacob, she responded that she’s Team Jacob, adding that she’s sorry, Robert’s hair looks wonderful in person but she has to stick with the wolves. To which Pattinson said that she just revealed that she has absolutely no taste. Lots of audience laughs. Plus, even after we learned that the two had met backstage about 10 minutes prior for the first time, Leno joked that it’d be the last time they ever meet… Now, during Pattinson’s one-on-one, he revealed that his 89 BMW classic car is still stuck in his agent’s driveway, telling a funny story about the last time he drove it, the dashboard caught on fire. And Robert’s wit and charm made the audience go wild when chatting about Eclipse and how there aren’t any secrets – per Leno’s question – because it’s based on a book. Plus, his parents were in the audience and he chatted about what his parents think about the gossip, all of the Twilight fame as well as romance… We thought it was a very interesting interview and fun to watch – what did you all think? Lol rob was definitely joking you could tell. I don’t think he’d be happy to hear about how some of his fans are reacting. But I loved his interview especially the part with the emails from his dad. Rob seems like a very nice and funny guy. Btw happy birthday Edward!

Some twilight fans can be way too obsessive and rude I mean just give her a break!!!!!! I read today that Emma Roberts deleted her Twitter because she was getting death threats from Edward fans because she said she was on Team Jacob!!!!!!!! If you don’t believe me just look it up!!!!!!!!!!! If your reading this and you sent a death threat to her you your nothing but a pathetic who is obsessed with a fictional character!!!!!!!!

lol I loved Rob’s response..but i think the Twihards are taking this a tad too far. Rob was obviously joking, due to his laughter after he made the comment. But btw, this was one of Rob’s best interviews in my opinion. I think he is coming out of his shell more(being able to answer questions on the spot) and that bit about his dad’s emails to him, was just adorable! <3 Rpattz

I’ve seen Emma Roberts in other interviews and she never crossed me to be a spolied ego brat. I just think she was either nervous or she was just caught up in the moment. It happens. People are acting like she took a chair and slug it across Robert’s face or something.

I think she was awestruck by his presence, but had to tell the truth. Who doesn’t say silly/stupid things when stressed or flushed.. I would totally have said something stupid if I was near Robert Pattinson.. DON’T pick on Emma Roberts, she’s just like every other young girls out there! A Twilight-fan, she said so herself! And she laughed really good when Robert made that comeback! Us viewers really need to chill and don’t over react like that. I’m embarrassed for the way Emma has been treated..

its one of Rpattz best interview, he showed a different side of him..that is being so close to his parents and not ashamed of sharing the bond he has with his Dad, so cute..it goes to show that his parents raised him well…not to mention he is very witty and the jokes with sarcasm is growing on me!

Rob was adorable …
Rob was adorable and sweet with his dad, especially thoose message that his dad sent him, and lol when the dad says that twilight was a combination of jaws and superman i thought that was funny. and Rob was joking when he said that, he was making a comeback from wat Emma said. i think it was funny everybody laugh even Emma.
