This retro-style remake of Rocket Knight Adventures, the 1993 Sega Genesis classic, is a revitalization of the series that brings back Sparkster and the awesome Rocket Knight style of gameplay. Use a rocket jet pack to bounce around levels and slaughter enemies while collecting gems and items. Rocket Knight is not as lengthy as its Sega Genesis counterpart but packs some good arcade style replay value with a cool scoring system based on multipliers and unlockable character skins and Achievement Points (trophies for the PS3 version). This is the same version that appears on PS3 / Playstation 3 also called Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. This CGRHD review of TRANSFORMERS 2 has gameplay footage from Xbox 360 in HD showing game play in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. Published by Activision, there are numerous versions of this game available. This version, the 360 and PS3 version. Also the different Wii version, two different flavors (Autobot and Decepticon) available for Nintendo DS and a PSP variant of the game. Here on Xbox 360 the gameplay is fast and fun, you get to collect and play as numerous Transformers!!! Mighty robots, mighty machines…. or was that Go Bots…? More than meets the eye!! There we go, that’s Transformer lingo. Play two different campaigns, Autobot and Decepticon. Classic Game Room season 1 – 10/16/2000
One of the all time great Game Room episodes as Mark and Dave torture Seaman without mercy.
SeaMan for the Sega Dreamcast was supposed to be a life simulator where you grow a Sea Man from an egg… the boys at the Game Room treat it like a science experiment from hell.
Watch as Seaman is boiled, starved, deprived of oxygen, verbally berated and taunted. Will he survive his close encounter with the Game Room?
Classic Game Room reviewed Atari, NES, Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Dreamcast and Playstation… too bad they didn’t get to Xbox 360, PS3, PS2 or Wii.

Classic Game Room HD reviews DARK VOID for Playstation 3 PS3, also available for Xbox 360 and Windows PC. Welcome to rental city! Dark Void is an action adventure game that can’t decide whether it is a shooter or a flying game. The flight controls are terrible and bring down what is otherwise a very entertaining game. A mediocre combat system and interesting environments move a cool sci-fi story along about your character’s disappearance into the Bermuda Triangle and eventual adventure into the VOID. But can you handle the awkward jetpack controls and terrible flight system to see it to the end? Hooray for quicktime events (sarcasm). As much as Classic Game Room loves cheesy science fiction adventures this one lives up to its title. This CGR review of Dark Void from Capcom has gameplay from Dark Void showing Dark Void game play on PS3 Playstation 3 with gaming footage.

Classic Game Room HD reviews BEN 10 ALIEN FORCE for Nintendo Wii video game console. Based on the popular Cartoon Network TV show, Ben 10 is a side scrolling beat ‘em up video game with a 3D style and multiple character changing gameplay elements. This CGRHD review of Ben 10 Alien Force has gameplay footage from Ben 10 Alien Force on Wii (also available on Nintendo DS), showing Spidermonkey at the Waterfall, how to use Big Chill and Jet Ray and Kevin and more. How does Ben 10 Alien Force compare to other side scroller beat em ups like Streets of Rage? Your character has an Omnitirix to change into monster or alien forms (whatever they are, I don’t watch the show). This is a fun game and sells at a value price, it may not be the best video game ever made but it keeps to a relatively faithful 2D side scrolling beatem up style while adding some new elements. Plays acceptably with the Wii controller and nunchuck. You can also disable the motion controls which is what I did. Ben 10 is rated E for everyone and is clearly a kids game, but older games looking for some new games on the Wii can find enjoyment with it as well. Classic Game Room HD reviews Wii games as a Wii reviewer reviewing games like Ben 10 Alien Force on Nintendo Wii published by D3.

Classic Game Room HD reviews SMASH CARS for Playstation 3 PS3. This download game from Playstation Network for the PS3 is like the modern day equivalent of RC Pro Am on the NES. Race remote controller cars around tracks full of obstacles, jumps and hazards. The gameplay is a cross between a Super Mario Kart “Kart” style racer and a demolition, combat racer like Fatal Inertia or Burnout Paradise. There are 3 different chassis to choose from and numerous RC car style bodies. Pull off tricks in the air to earn stars and nitrous boost. Fans of fun, outrageous racing games should check this one out, no simulation racing here. This CGR review of Smash Cars has gameplay from the PS3 video game Smash Cars showing game play video from Smash Cars in action on Playstation 3.
